Virtual
Therapy

                  Due to the recent pandemic, group therapy had to be replaced temporarily and many have discovered other means of seeking and receiving support. We can begin a healing journey through virtual and other therapy mediums.

         Even though traditional groups are no longer available, I continue to work through other means of holding group meetings:

  • Abuse

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • OCD

  • Trauma

  • Grief

  • Life Transistions
