Psychotherapy

You are unique and your therapy should be unique to you.

Normal sessions are about an hour and normally attended weekly via Telehealth media.

We will address many areas of your life that have sculpted you into the person you are today and we will seek to find the answers and skills to allow an inner peace in the future as you journey.

​

Today is a new day and the old ways to heal have become scientifically evidenced. Incorporating these practices are proving to be successful in obtaining a more peaceful presence.
